Hi guys,

It has begun! Born July 31st 2008 is my new sps/clam dominated sps reef. Here is information about the tank:

Tank: AGA 210 with built in megaflows. Gallon Oak Mission Cherry Stand and canopy. 2 AC fans installed in the canopy for air movement.

Biological Filtration: 250+Pounds Live Rock mostly fiji.

Equipment:

Water Filtration: Spectrapure Maxcap RO/DI 90gpd.

Flow: 4 tunze 6101's on multicontroller 7095

Skimmer: Asm G-4+

Sump: Refugium HD 42 PRO Sump

Positive flow refugium compartment
* Water level indicator
* 100 Micron Bag & Holders
* Two 1" Tank Drain Bulkheads
* Includes Probe holders, 1/4" John Guest fitting and heater or hose holder
* 2/3 Acrylic Cover
* Accessory Rail with pre drilled bulkhead holes
* Four black dividers and a positive circulation refugium compartment
* Size: 42"x18"x18"x3/8"
* Capacity: 60 gallons
* Compartments: 10x17, 17x17, 10x17 as shown
* Water level: 7" - 8" height
* Drain-Down Capacity: 33 gallons
* Recommended Tank size: up to 400 gallons

Return Pump: Eheim 1260

Lighting: T-5/Metal halide. 3 Lumenmax 2 reflectors with 400watt 14k Ushio bulbs. Magnetic Bluewave 400 watt ballasts. 2 60" T-5 retrofit Kits with Icecap 660 electronic ballast.

Controller: Neptune Aquacontroller 3 with DC4's. American DJ powerstrip for all other equipment.

Calcium/Alkalinity: Geo 624 Calcium Reactor with 10lb Co2 tank.

Level Control: Tunze Osmolator. 25 gallon reservoir underneath stand. 24X12X20. Litermeter 3 will refill this once a week automatically.

Water Changes: Litermeter 3 Automatically 1% daily. This will be done with the water exchange modules.

Quarantine Tank: 29 gallon with Aquamedic pendant. 250 watt halide. Frag rack. 2 Tunze nano stream 6025's for flow. Aqua Remora C skimmer. Aquaclear powerfilter for biological filtration.

As this tank progresses, changes will be updated as well as pics.

looks sweet, this might be a dumb question but how u u get in to you tank from the top?

If you look at the pic I have of the front shot of the installed lighting, you will see how the canopy opens from the front. Its a pretty nice canopy for this tank. I'm really glad I decided to go with this setup.

I've been thinking about getting the same stand... Did it hold up well? Been a long time since you replied, Google let me here LOL :)
