Thinking of adding a Clam Do I have enough light ?

Hello all I have a 54 Gallon Corner tank with 175 W 20K MH & 2 24W T5s . Is this enough light for a clam ?

I will test tonight & Post results. I was not adding calcium to my tank But might start.
Are some clams easier than others ? I am looking to get a Blue one If that helps ~

Maximas and Crocea tend to be the clams that come in Blue. Unfortunately these clams need more light than Squamosa or Deresa. If you want to keep a Maxima you would need to put it up high in the rocks under the MH. Maximas naturally attached to rocks, so it would be what it would prefer anyway. I would look to upgrade to a higher Kelvin bulb later if you want a clam as well. They seem to like bulbs closer to 10K.

Your lighting sounds good, depending on how deep your tank is.
Although you might think about going with a 10K bulb instead of a 20K.
