Thinking of getting out

A bad ballast on my metal halide, a wacky Apex Jr, a bad pump in my skimmer, phosphate leaking through my RO membrane and a seemingly terminal battle with algae has pushed me to the point of getting out.

So I'm trying to gauge what this stuff is all worth. Offers welcome.
