Well, If it makes you feel better.....

+ My $1400.00 laptop's mother board keeps overheating and shutting down (covered by my Best Buy xtended warrenty, $300.00) So I bring it in, they send it to KY and don't contact me for 2 weeks, I call and they tell me its gonna cost $980.00 to repair because the audio jack is cracked and since it's conncted to the motherboard the warrenty is void. Bear in mind that the audio jack works fine.

+ Then I'm on the way home and my mazda start spewing antifreeze and the temp goes all the way to the top. God only know how much this is gonna cost.

+ I get home and get a call from AT&T telling me that I owe $780.00 for an advertisement which I have called them 5 times already to cancel. Yes, 5 times i have spoken to a rep to cancel.

At least I didn't get run over getting out of the car.

I have never heard of anyone actually getting satisfaction on a laptop from best buy's warranty

I would be worried that he would get a paper cut opening the envelope. Then it would get infected and fester for weeks. Turn into gang green and then it would have to be amputated. But of course the doctor wouldn't get it all and steve would loose his life after weeks of torment.

Yep, that sounds like his luck. Find yourself a nice safe bubble to seal yourself up in, at least untill your luck changes.

sorry to hear about your day.....thats a bad one alright.

FYI the tow company is who charges you for your car, not the police. Not that it sucks any less....

Never been a big fan of tow companies because of their business practices...
For what its worth, (if you have full coverage) your insurance company will reimburse you for anything over your deductable...towing fee's should be part of that, I believe...

Just remember, it could always be worse....you could have woken up with a nasty STD....and your car could be stolen.
