This S#%^! cannot be happening! 9010

OK mr Vitko I just received my 9010 and I spend 2 ours trying to figure out how to install the brackets after I was finally done, I pluggled it in and nothing happens!!!! The impeller does not move, there is not one sound....I took the hydrofoamer apart like the instructions indicate and the hose was not connected to the hydrofoamer, I connected the hose and put the unit back together I noticed the motor was warm but not a sound is coming from it. I am so frustrated right now!! I am honestly ready to quit because of this and I need some help please:mad2:

I know he will, I understand that all products regardless of the brand have issues and problems, from what I have been reading on this forum Roger seems to be excellent at taking care of his customers. I am just concerned because I am going out of town Tuesday for week.

Making changes to your system configuration just prior to going out of town is never recommended.

Appreciate the comment, this situation has been taken care off thanks..., I was able to borrow a smaller skimmer for a week from a friend which should hold.
