This showed up the other day. What is it?

The other day these two polyps of some sort of coral appeared on my LR. These are completely random as I don't have any frags of anything that resembles these. Any idea what they are??

Hm. I have clove polyps in the tank and they don't quite look like this. Maybe it is but it's not fully developed yet... Or maybe it's something else??? Any other ideas??? Here's a lit pic

Clavularia is a type of clove polyp, I agree with the identification

Cool!! That means those little guys split off the rest and travelled to the other side of the tank and stuck themselves???? That's way cool I love this hobby more and more each day

They can spread rapidly... may want to locate on an "island"... this way it doesn't take over
