Thoughts on a yellow(golden)midas blenny

The LFS has a golden midas blenny and I really like it and think it is quite unique. What are your opinions or your experiences. I have a 75 gal reef/fish. Only have a clown, cardinal, blue damsel(hopefully not for long) and a sandsifting gody with numerous corals(softies and lps)

Great fish but they like to jump. I gave up after the third one attempted jumped through the eggcrate. The last one was pretty territorial and would not let anything come near its cave, including my hand.

I wanted one for a while, and made myself wait till I had a mesh cover. I've never noticed it trying to jump, but having reassurance of the cover makes it a lot more enjoyable. I'm not looking for him every morning thinking he may have jumped out of the tank.

Also, none of my fish are even moderately aggressive; I'm sure this helps. That being said, this is a fantastic looking fish.

I've had one for a few months and never noticed it trying to jump, although I do have a mesh top to keep the wrasse in. They have a great personality, fun to watch, very peaceful, and will even follow you around the tank when it sees you. I'd say go for it!
