Thoughts on this bulb for macro display fuge?

(Nutshell - 18w/130w equivalent LED 6500k spotlight bulb 2000 lumen)

The fuge is 20x18x20. I currently have a 90w-equivalent bulb in 5000k over my sump fuge which grows chaeto like crazy. I will probably be moving some gorgonians from the DT and thought 6500k might be a more balanced spectrum to keep everything happy.

I'm on a seriously tight budget for this project so cheap is the key here.

I don't think the angle is going to be right on those, probably far too wide.

I see you live in CA, dont we use e27 here in the states? Or is there not much of a difference between e26 & e27?
