Looks good, most of the solid junk will gather in the main skimmer section, you will have to clean the skimmer pump out a little more since it will be drawing some of that in, but not really a problem since cleaning the pump every so often should be something we all do. My biggest question is how are you going to ensure flow in the fuge. I am assuming big empty section is the fuge. From what it looks the water will only flow to the return pump thru the baffles to ensure which will help eliminate an micro bubble in the display, but if that is true then the water can only go in and out of the fuge by way of the short side facing the skimmer, if you are relying on natural water flow once the fuge is full you are going to be getting very little water flow except right at the front, the back end of the fuge is going to get stagnet. What you could do is if you are planning on using a reactor of any kind (gfo, gac, carbon) you could have the feed pump in the fuge and the return back out to the skimmer section. As long as the pump is placed at the opposite side of where the water is coming in then you will get a nice steady flow thru the fuge. Of course this is all based on me understanding your drawing correctly.
