as far as the orchids go

some soft potting soil will do , do not totally bury the bulbs they kinda sit on the surface.
They like bright lite and water
I usually put some stones or pepples in a dish and sit the pot on that for the excess h20 to evaporate from.
I have heard there are 2 kinds or Orchids those that grow up and those that grow out I belive these like the out alhtough you can train them upWards somewhat

i got just the pot for those then.

i still mad i left mine out to get frosted, was going to split it when it was done blooming.

Cindy you didn't miss much on the basement tour, water in one tank and into another and back up :lol:

hope i can host again, maybe in the summer.
