Tide Mode

I got a question about the tide mode with the multicontroller. I was playing around with it and noticed that with the 2 6100s I am using, one would turn on and the other off for the desired time, then they would switch. I read somewhere that they shouldnt be turned on and off more then 1 time per hour or so and was wondering if they would be ok using lets say, 10 min or 5 min intervals? I know that the controller has the option so it should be fine, but I just want to be fully sure..... Also, what is the transformer voltage supposed to be for the 6100s?

19V and it is OK, the computer controls start on the electronic models so it is different rules from the mechanical models when used with our controller.
