Tiger Pistol in Nano?

Anyone have success with a Pistol/Goby pairing in a nano? I've got a JBJ 28G and was thinking of adding the pair. Heard they burrow a lot and want to avoid the sandstorm and mess of it all...thoughts?? I have a purple firefish and scooter blenny at the moment, going to add one more fish (this goby if apprpriate), then a clown.

I have one with a randals go by in a 14g biocube. Go for it

I have a Tiger and a YWG in a 14g BC. Got them as a pair from the LFS, and they're doing great.

Agreed with the other two. They will do great. I too have a Tiger and YWG but in a 12g. They dont move far from their home...perfect nano pair IMO.

My tank has sand up to the top of the rim, with a little more in the center. Give the shrimp a some broken LR bits to arrange ar his entrance. You won't see sand storms, but you will see excavation.

I have tiger pistol and ywg in my 29g and a randals pistol and goby in my 40g. I like the tiger pair better more active, the tiger's will kick up some sand excavating under all the rock atleast mine did I have standard 29g tank and he excavated the entire length before they settled on where they wanted to live, just occasional sand kick up now when he's doing his housecleaning. Make sure all your frags at the bottom level are glued down, frag plugs or stuff attached to small pieces of rubble will disappear.
