Tiger watchman goby

Not really, most watchman gobies are straightforward. Just make sure he gets some meaty foods, frozen foods are best.
Do you have a pistol shrimp for it? If not, you should consider a tiger pistol. Tiger pistols are hardy, fairly common, fairly cheap, large enough to keep most gobies happy, colorful, and one of the less mean pistols.

Tiger Watchman is really a Tiger Wardi Goby (Valenciennea wardii). It will not pair up with a Pistol Shrimp. It is a sand-sifting Goby that needs a large, established sandbed to feed off all day. They consume the microfauna that live in the sandbed. Many avoid them for this reason. They can be difficult to maintain longterm due to their nutritional needs, though they will readily accept prepared foods once acclimated. They will dump sand over any corals on your sandbed. Your rocks need to be directly on your glass, as they will dig underneath them. Great looking fish, with fun personalities, but not for everyone!

Oops, sorry... My bad!
I was thinking of a different tiger, I guess... My LFS has some 'tiger' gobies (must be mislabled) that definitely live with pistol shrimp.
