Tigger Pod Culture

Hi Everybody! I started a tiggerpod culture in a 10 gallon tank with some old led lights.
I'm feeding phytofeast everyday and they are multiplying.
My question is what to do about waste? Should I get a small.skimmer or just try to manage it with water changes?

i use water changes on my cultures to keep water quality up. i'm not sure there would be enough waste produced that a skimmer could actually be helpful in removing it.

Its growing some algae.
Are tigger pods attracted to light? I'm curious about how to scoop out water without scooping out pods.

Remove your water through these and then put the pods back in.
