Tightening glass holes overflow

Is there a tool that will actually fit inside a glass-holes overflow box that will allow you to tighten the seal enough? just wondering thanx

I used oil filter pliers on mine.

Like mel said oil filter pliers is the right tool to use and DONT over tighten it.

careful not to over tighten...cracked glass is a pain in the rear

Get a thing of plumbers grease for the gasket it might surprise you how loose you can make it and still seal.

i usually install the 1 1/4" pipe in the elbow and use that for leverage to tighten it . lubricate the threads so it doesn't gull while tightening and you should have no problem at all .
