tips ..

take off glasses if you have them..pain in the but lol

turn the eyepiece to focus

kinda squish the sample in the refractor

So if you do what you did last night...you should be able to gradually drop to 1.026 if that's where you want it to be.

yup. dry it off nice..try not to scratch the glass. put back in little box. tell it, "thank you, i love you." and shut the lid.

Shawna Ive found that if you get a bubble under the glass the reading iwill be blurry. I put a large drop on and close the lid slowly so no bubbles get caught under it Hope this helps. Tim
