Time out for my maroon clownfish....

hey guys i have a little delimma on my hands.... my maroon clownfish is getting a little pair is getting a little territorial as i know they can be. so i removed the largest and put him in the sump but i cannot get the smaller 1 out. do you think i should bother because the large one was the only one Ive seem get aggressive. My tank is 90 gal. also they are hosted in an bubble tip anenomie will that effect anything?

That's exactly right. The small one (male) will because female in the her absence. Then, btw, you will not be able to put them back together. The big one will kill the smaller. This can happen pretty fast.
