Hi all,

As some of you will know I have had major problems with my tank so 3 months ago after i resolved all issues I bought one coral and one anemone. and LEFT ALONE!!!!

I have shown the before and after pictures to show how the coral has done and how the anemone is still doing. Although the problems I had has left me kinda paranoid with my tank it has also left me with a lot of patience with this hobby a virtue previously non existant. not only has this coral done well (a coral from which reading is not the easiest to keep) I have also got mushrooms and another polyp type coral which were not added to the tank - simply appeared. Coraline is also starting to fill the back and lighted areas

does this look good for 3 months time?

Do people feel I can properly start my tank building again?

Nice. You picked some good corals. the yellow polypes grow fast. I remeber looking in my tank everyday and seeing a new polyp grow from another. Nice little conch as well, I dont know the lattin name and i think the common is just as you put it.
