I placed an order today for live fish and inverts and specifically requested delivery for tomorrow, Friday, August 18. However, I received a shipping confirmation for Saturday the 19th. Is there any way to re-route this shipment?
Unfortunately I did not receive this confirmation until after your business hours, however I left a message and e-mail in addition to this post. Sorry to be so persistent but this is a big problem!
