Tin Foil - Fish Disease

Hi, I have 4 tin foils in my aquarium. One of them has a red boil like thin on its body. I am attaching a picture of the same. Could someone suggest what disease is this and how can i treat it? Is it contagious? Thanks...

OK I will take a stab. I do not do fresh water but to me that look like fish tuberculosis.

Yes, it is contagious to YOU. Please try to find info on this and have people who deal with fresh water confirm. This is not something to treat lightly. Do not put your hands in the water.
