tiny air bubbles

I have tiny airbubbles all over my LR is this a bad thing? what causes this?

any thoughts?

Might be an algae outbreak- are they part of a matte of thread-like or fuzzy material? Do they appear stuck on?

my tank has been running for about 3 weeks the clear bubbles are stuck on the brown alagea that is all over my tank
