Tiny Blue Jellyfish?

About a month ago, I found a small jellyfish like thing in my refugium. It's very small, less than 1/2" in diameter and it pulsates just like a jellyfish. It's blueish in color and it;s really small so I can't really get good pics of it. It can swim in the water and now there are about 4 of them.
Any ideas?

could be a larval stage of some type of anemone too... they all have a polyp and medusa stage
