Tiny nocturnal shrimp?

Hello- i was inspecting my tank last night, and among a few bristle worms, i saw some tiny what i can only guess are shrimp scattered all over my sandbed. These guys are super tiny, too small to photograph with my phone. Some are sand colored, and the bigger ones are darker. And they move fast. I saw them again this evening and i have no other shrimp, that i know of, in my tank

I inherited my tank from a friend a few months ago, and i am a newbie. I've got a 150g Oceanic. Lots of live rock.

I recently added some conches to alleviate a diatom bloom that would not go away. They have done a great job cleaning the sand, and im guessing these "shrimp" hitchhiked in on them.

Does anyone have similar nocturnal creatures in their tank? Are they a problem?

Probably amphipods. Google them and see. Excellent food source for your fish and critters.
