To Build or NOT to Build Light Fixture

I could use some experienced input here.
I have a 29gal reef tank that is 30" long and 18" deepX 13" wide.
I have a SunPac Hamilton single bulb 175w MH fixture, of which is in the box it came in plus, Iam using a Current Dual 2X65 Orbit P/C...10k/7.5 & dual ACTINIC 03 with 2 moon-glo LED. A tunze reef pac 200 and ESV 2 part calcium 5ml daily but do alternate with Kalwasser drip, levels stay around 520Kalcium and 0 phosphate, 1.026 salinity by Seachem Reef Salt...good stuff in my opinion. The entire tank is now 4 years old, but I would like to kick up the lumens & par value.

Has anyone got any fixture plans, diagrams, drawings on how to build a fixture to house these components into one unit?
Its been 2 years since I swapped the MH for the P/C and I do think its taking a toll on the par/lumens. There is some Acropia 'runts' who could use some light. Sun polyps and sponges, snails and crabs are doing alright
Iam not upto re-investing on a new fixture, I do how ever beleive the components I have in the 2 fixtures I have now could be utilized into ONE.

Anyone who has done a retrofit using existing fixtures & has an idea with prints/diagrams can feel free to reply to this post, or >>: getsteppin2000@yahoo.com

ThankYou:)
