To buy salt water from Neptune Aquatics

Newbie, got some live rocks/sand with 85% water last night. Want to buy 25 gallon salt water to top off.

Neptune Aquatics website shows phone number discontinued. Is it still in business, and do they sell salt water? Price?

Thanks for answering my primitive questions. Kind of urgent.

They almost always have plenty of water on hand. So does aquatic collection in Hayward.

Personally I find Neptune aquatics in San Jose customer service lacking since they stopped answering the phone. Not to mentioned all their goods are typically marked up. Fish coral even dry goods. A small yellow tang they were selling for $60 and at aquatic collection it was $25 for small. I think you get the point. I would recommend aquatic collection in Hayward as swayd mentioned

Yes, they sell salt water. It is $1.25 a gallon.

I personally found Neptune Aquatics service quite good. They spent time with me as a new reefer answering all my questions. They sell SW and RO/DI water.

Thanks. Bought 20 gallon from them at 1.25/g. Also made my very first 5 gallon salt water yesterday. The thirst is quenched!

Now in deep pile of detritus. Wonder if i made a mistake not washing the used sand with tap water first.

Hope to find some inexpensive fish and lps corrals (or sps, whichever less demanding) in coming weeks.
