To Hospitalize, or Not to Hospitalize, Please Help!

I had a recent mini tank crash, where my ammonia got up to about .25. This was enough to cause stress to my Tomato Clown that had one or two Ich spots. He is now covered in Ich and appears to have a secondary infection as his eyes are getting cloudy. He is getting a 15 minute fresh water dip then into a hospital tank which I will bring from 35ppt salinity down to 14ppt over night. He will remain there for 4 weeks.

Here is the real problem. This morning my Coral Beauty developed a couple of spots. I would like to hospitalize him also, however i haven't been successful in getting him to eat prepared foods. I've had him about 2 months and he has grown quite a bit and is rather plump from picking at LR.

Should I try him in the hospital tank (only 5.5 gallons) with the clown, or just let him try to fight off the infection. My display has only one other fish in it, that being a mandarin.

My Setup:
28 Gallon Mixed Reef
Parameters are stable again @
Ammonia, Nitrites and Nitrates 0
Running Carbon and GFO
Temp 81
Calc 420
Alk 10dkh

My skimmer will be on the hospital tank to provide water movement and oxygen

Thanks!!!

Protein skimmer will not work as well in Hypo. Leave the skimmer on the main and use coarse bubbles for Q/T, IMO.
As far as catching the fish, It is not going to be esy , especially w/ LR and netting the fish out is never good idea where fish may get secondary infection (eyes) from the injuries from net (something you can not see).
It may put you thru lots of troble but try this. It work for me many times.

Use large long, clear plastic container w/ bunch of holes towards top of container. Attach fishing line to you can pull it out when fish is in there nibbling on food . Since holes are toward the top, fish will still be underwater when pulled out. Use sand to hold the container down. Longer and small mouth of container is better.
My father showed me this method to catch fish in the ocean when I was young and it worked like charm!!!
