to move a Pink cucumber

What is the best way to get a cucumber (pink) off of your tank glass?

We need to move the lil guy to our new tank and he's stuck pretty solid to the wall. The last time we tried to pry him off the glass, it look like we tore his "feet" / pods off!!

They were left stuck to the glass!! That was many months ago, and he's still alive, so - does that mean it's normal??

Is there any way to get them off the glass without breaking / tearing their little feet??

That is weird. Mine I could just pick up. It never clung to anything. But mine are brown and yellow, not pink.

I've moved one in the past. I used a glass scraper to gently "scrape" it off the glass. No damage to the creature.
