to much flow?

I have a pair of small ocellaris clowns in my 20L. I have a 400gph in the tank ciculation is great n live rock in nice n clean. Im planning to get a green bulb anemone n a sebae, i think the anemones will love the flow but is it to much for the small clowns they seem to swim alot cause of the current should i turn it down with a valve?or do they enjoy the flow.

That's not too much flow for a clownfish. I've seen them in SPS tanks (even very young ones) with 50 + x's turn over and they are perfectly fine.
