to muich light?

hey every one i have a 1gal reef but no corals have been added yet. but i wanted to know if im over doing the wattage on it it has 26watts over it? what would be the best to use for it it has a 20gallon rated filter on it to keep it super clean.

26 watts should be fine, and its pc, so it wont get too hot
