To scrape or not to scrape?

Seeing the talk about Trottie's unpainted background, I glanced over at mine and I'm starting to get a fair amount of coralline growing on the back glass and dual overflows. I painted my back glass black before setting it up. If I scrape the glass, the overflows will still have the coralline on them, however, I like the look of stuff with a black background. Should I scrape the back glass or not?

Your tank looks so much "cleaner" with all the coraline scraped off.
Do it once and if you don't like it, then wait 4 weeks for it to grow back.

I was just kinda wondering about having those "twin towers" of coralline going up with a big black place in between if I scraped in that middle area. I actually prefer the clean look, but wasn't sure if it would look too broken up with the towers there. True, could scrape it and see how it looks, if no good, let it grow back (letmegrow...lol).

My name pun was intended, lame, but intended.

If you leave the towers, carve little windows out and a door and parking garage.

Imagine if the windows we looked out of showed a world like that !!

I think our world used to look better, just too many buildings and flat areas, no biodiversity either.
