To take in a sick fish???

Ok, so my friend has 2 fish he is getting rid of,,,one is a foxface and the other a naso tang.The problem is,, they have been sick,, cant tell ya with what,, but he is taking down tank next week and starting over,,, but these 2 fish are doing better and he asked if i would like them,,, they have not been treated with copper meds.all natural whatever...I have 75 G reef tank,, with corals..i have 2 clowns,1CB.1Damsel and 1Cleaner shrimp for fish.. will these fish eat my corals??? i Feel my tank can take one more fish but i dont feel 2.Also scared to introduce a fish that has been sick,,,i am very lucky to have a healthy tank,,, and dont want to jeopardize it... I do have a 10 G tank i can quarentine for a while..with a little filter on it,, would that be enough to make sure fish are well???Love for your imput and ideas... scared to risk my tank,, but feel bad for the fish that have survived,, they have been through a lot!! I'll take the foxface. I already have a yellow tang. I don't think the naso and yellow will get along. Sometimes a healthy tank with plenty of live rock and good water parameters will help a fish recover from what is making it sick. A lot of people preach QT tanks in this situation. A 10 gallon tank with a little filter hanging on it could make a bad situation worse. Feel free to PM me.

If you take the fish, besure to put them in a qt tank first, why risk the health of the fish you have already.
