Toadstool help

Im really interested in keping a toadstool. What specific food should they be fed, my regular softie food, or somthing else? I have MH will they burn? How much flow do they require? My tanks been up for 8+ months. Thanks

I don't feed mine, I do use DT's phytoplankton and some cyclopeeze to feed everything. I have them near the bottom of the tank in medium flow, It seems to be doing great. I am getting in a MH soon so it I'll know the answer to that question soon....

my softies/leathers have thrived and grown under 400 watt MH

I use to dose phyto for a long time and stopped for last 6 months

and have noticed no difference

I dont feed mine either, they like reasonably light and average flow.
