Toadstool issue

Hey guys I recently (2 months) ago changed my lighting. I was using t7's that I had for freshwater, not knowing the correct lighting for salt water. I switched to the wave point 4x54w t5 lighting and things were growing beautifully except my leathers. Parameters all up to par. I have a 75gal with two power heads. It's in a med-high flow area. I can't figure out what else could be the problem. Only that when I changed lighting it would open as much as it did. Any help would be appreciated guys Ty

Is it that its opening or not opening with the new lighting, or its the growth you're interested in. How high is it in the tank. Whats the height of the tank. What are the leathers in question.

It's the growth I'm worried about. They get as thick and tall as they once did. Depth is 2' and they are on the sand bed.
