If the base is secure, these corals really seem to enjoy a lot of chaotic water movement IME.

Also, when these corals are about to shed the surface will take on an iridescent color sometimes.

Mine shed just before I moved it out of my nanoCube and into the new tank. For 2 weeks it didn't extend any polyps, I was starting to worry about it last night, then this morning ...
