Toadstool mushroom looking weird

Can anybody explain why my mushroom is looking so tiny and shrinking? Never seen it like that before

I would put it higher up for more light and flow.

Every time I put it on more flow it gets off the sand, I was thinking it was melting, is looking ok today but don't know what was this for
