tom aqualifter?

I have a tom aqualifter to provide continuous siphon in my overflow. The unit did not come with any instructions... Anyone have advise on setting up the aqualifter???? This is not a CPR.

If its not a CPR, why do you need an Aqualifter? Is it a CPR clone?

I probably should have done more research. I have a regular overflow box. I thought by getting an aqualifter, that I'd be able to hook it up somehow to the overflow.... Has anyone done this or am I an idiot rookie?

Dont be afraid to ask questions. Its a U Tube overflow? If so, you dont need an Aqaulifter (which is a good thing).

Thanks for the help. Yes it is a Utube. My concern is to protect myself during a power outage though.

If it is a good U Tube overflow, and it is properly set up, there is nothing to worry about. By design, they have no problems with power outages. The Aqualifter is totally unnecessary and would likely cause a problem instead if fixing one that does not exist.
