Tomato Clown and ICH

I found white spots all over my clown this morning and he is just laying on the anemone, gasping for breath. It is really sad. What is the best treatment for ICH, I am going to the LFS latter today and am going to make a last attempt to save him. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Google for Hyposality Method, just can't remember the site if can move the fish to small Q/T.
Although I am not believer of reef safe Ick Treatment, but check out Ektomarin by Aquarium Munster. I just learn of this product from other member. Wish you luck!

I would like to avoid the salinity drop method, because I have several delicate inverts such as my BTA. I don't want to risk hurting them, so I will try to use a commercial treatment. Would soaking his food soaked in garlic will help?
