Tomato Clown Compatability

We have a small (20l) tank with a pair of tomato clowns and their BTA.

Would you feel comfortable housing a juvi (volitan) lion there for a few months while the 150g aggressive is being built?

I have a pair of tomatos and they are in a 30 and with the aggrestion that I see I would say no.And if the male clown is small enough the Lionfish will eat him.Dont matter if the Lionfish is a Juvi or not.But IME,tomatos will kill fish once they are kept in smaller tanks and not given the right amount of space.
