Tomato clownfish help!

That site is really difficult to view and tried to crash my computer. Having said that, I couldn't tell much from the photo, but it looks bizarre. Have you considered contacting a fish vet? It looks serious, and definitely not A-typical. I think you have a situation where you might need someone who can do a biopsy.

I have no idea who are the fish vets in my area and to be honest I have no idea what biospy is

Looks like Uronema marinum. Hope it is not, impossible to get rid of without nuking the tank.

Well I got him out of the tank so incase of it being contagious. And now he's in a quarantine with copper medication. It has not spread to any other fish so I should be ok. Just maybe the fish is the problem as of now

Not sure copper is the right med for Uronema. You may want to call the local dog/cat vets and see if any of them see fish. Other wise you might want to see if there is a teaching vet hospital near you.

Unfortunately like many other pathogens, if it is on one fish, it is already in the tank. Uronema is not an obligatory parasite, it is opportunistic parasite, so it is very hard to get rid of it. Even if you remove all the fish and treat them, (unlike ich or other obligatory parasites) uronema can still survive just like a regular, non-parasitic protozoa. That is why you need to nuke the tank to get rid of it.

It not as contagious as ich, brooks or velvet, meaning it will most likely not target healthy fish. You can live with it as it will not wipe a tank with healthy fish. But the fish is weak ,and particularly, if it has open wounds, it might get uronema. Fish that fight to establish hierarchy are prone to it (such as anthias and chromis), because they open wounds on each other and get infected with uronema afterwards.

If it is uronema (just google and check the pictures to make sure ), formaline or qp is a better choice compared to copper to treat fish. But the bigger issue is to deal with the uronema within the tank.

Edit; There is some evidence metronidazole is effective in killing uronema and it is relatively reef safe. But idk if it can be used to wipe a tank clean of uronema.

I googled it and it's hard to tell if this is that. But I'm going to look way further into it. What should I be nuking the tank with if it is that?

Throw away all the sand, bleach/boil rocks, clean inside of the tank and all your equipment with bleach and dry them for at least ~48 hours.

You can treat fish in a quarantine tank with formaline or with qp but I dont know if you can keep any of your inverts.

I am going to be putting all fish into QT tomorrow

Throw away all the sand, bleach/boil rocks NO! NO! NO! NO! Bleach if needed, or even an acid bath, but never boil (or bake) your rocks!!!! The risks to you and your family are way too high to do something like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
