Tomato losing color

My Tomato has started hosting my new RBTA and it's color is starting to fade...

Is this normal? Will the color will return??

I think that the clown may need a more varied diet.This happend to my tomatos as at one point I was only feeding Mysis Shrimp.Once I started to feed some flake foods their color returned.

Now to the anemone...the color loss may be due to the fact that the anemone started hosting the tomato and the tomato may be a little rough with it and that may be causing the anemone to stress out and lose color.
