Tommyz's 90 Gal build!

Well i finally decided to drop the whole nano act and get a real tank! 90 gal with a 40 breeder sump (center return). Currently about 60lbs of rock (50 lbs from marcorock and some homemade rocks from puppyski), waiting this to cycle. Once the cycle is good, i can start to transfer everything from my 30 gal.
Will be stocking a pair of clowns, my yasha gobbies, a pair of anthias, and a tang. Not sure which kind, leaning toward a yellow tang.
Ill be running 2 evergrow D120's had great luck and already have one over the 30, the other is now over the 90.

A question i have is for the ATO, i currently manually top off my frag setup. so i will be transfering my Tunze Nano to that setup. As far as the 90 goes, do i spend 150-200 on an ato or do i buy a used RKL and add in my own float switches??

Looking good glad to see you upgrade. In my opinion buying a ATO would be a safer option only due to the amount of messes that can occur from fault ato systems.

Thanks! going to make an ATO with a float valve. use a 3 gal bucket to keep limited water in case of emergency.

Added a few pics. The transition from the 30 to 90 was flawless. had somthing under a mag float that scratched the inside of the tank unfortunatly, so ill have to get in to buff that out sometime.

50# of the rock shown is from marco rock, realllllly happy with them. a few peices made by puppyski. in the left corner is a cave. also in the middle (hard to see depth) is a slightly curved peice that makes a really cool over hang.

stock so far
1 black ice snowflake- (had a jumper in the 30 :( will replace with another)
2 yasha gobies
1 yellow tail damsel
will be adding 2 anthias and a yellow tang

2 different hammer coral, duncans, bubble coral, hairy mushrooms, rics, some zoas, monti undata, pink and green tip birds nests, and a hollywood chalice. Itching for this swap on saturday!!

Got my yellow tank at ABC last weekend during the swap. Picked up a few sweet peices. REALLLY diggin the forest fire digi. brownish under full lights, but a neon pink under the blues only. Also just got an IP camera. Quality is really good for a cam. Dlink 5020l. Night vision works great, and has full movment verticly and horozontally. The pic with the tank in it is a snapshot that i took while at work.

Added a pic of the frag tank and sump. Both rimless, built by bently23. Been running really really well. If you need glass work done, he is the guy to do it for sure!

Also snagged a pic of a green slimer frag i picked up.

Thanks! The forest digi was the first one to open up when I got it home. Love the looks of it under the blue LEDS, almost a hot pink. All the peices i got are looking very healthy in the tank.
