Thank you, Bryan for the compliment. It was great to see you and your little daugher. She is a real cutie!! I am glad that your little girl did not mind my overly friendly dogs.
lol....like i said she lives with 4 St Bernards and many other dogs so yours were just like playing at home, besides i would rather them be overly friendly than not
No wonder she was not a bit afraid of any of my dogs. I remember you mentioning St Bernards, but I did not realize that you had four St Bernards and many other dogs. Another dog whisperer in the making
yeah she will be just like her mother when she grows up i think, her mom just has the touch with dogs, she can get them to do just about anything she wants them to and has no fuss out of them.
Here is a pic of my little 'killer' the first day I got her. She was a present from my wife on the first day that we bought our home.
She loves people and other animals but every once and a while she gets' in a protective mood. She barks and acts like she's a Rotweiller, she is a mini Pug. It's acutally very funny to watch.
very nice pair. a Weimaraner and a Dachshund. I don't have any pics of my new puppy, Domino. He is a mix between a Dachshund and a Basset Hound. Look at the pic I found on the net below. He has the same color pattern but he has the eyes and more of a pointed muzzle like a Dachshund but the huge ears and feet of a Basset. I have never seen a more loving and affectionate dog in my life. I'm waiting to buy the new canon G9 which releases this month but I want to wait for the reviews on it. I may buy some thing for temporary use until then. I miss my digicam.
I will post a pic of my two pounder when I get some batteries for my camera, why are there never any batteries when you need them or the ones you do have are not the right size....grrrrrrr
A new puppy, oh what fun!! A Dachshund and a Basset mix? Sounds adorable.
I think I am going to get Fuji Finepix S700 digicam for my own use. I thought about getting Canon S5IS, but it seems like a too much camera for my purpose especially since I am not an aspiring photographer.
I met Kiran's puppies what a beautiful and playful pair, the mix doesn't look it and both have wonderful personalities. In keeping with the posting of our pups here is our Lucy (left) and Wally right, sorry for the cage but we were at a campsite and that is required. Also another pic of Lucy below in the back yard. Both miniature Schnauzers Wally 2 years and Lucy is about 8 months. He was looking lonely so we bought him a wife
the camera i have is a fuji s5100 it takes good pictures as long as i am not wanting to take them of the tank lol.....i have never gotten a good picture of it.
Bryan,
I will give you a hint on the tank pics. Turn all the room lights off outside of the tank. leave the tank lights on. Shoot without a flash (this is a biggie), also if you can manually set the white balance just drop in a PVC "T" or something and white balance to that with the conditions listed above. I promise your pics will turn out alot better. Ig you have a tripod that helps too. Best of luck at it.
Allen
Thanks Allen, I will give it a shot. If they turn out decent I will post some pics of my tank for all to see. It is nothing even close to Tomoko's or Harry's tanks but its all mine .
We are going to try to wait till the third heat before we allow any breeding. She just went through her first and we found the task to keep them seperate is tough (I hope we were able to).
