Tono or whipfin fairy wrasse ID please?

LFS said tonozukai but I have my doubts. I read that the whipfin has an orange dorsal and the tono has a multi-colored one. Sorry about the focus. Tia.

filamentosus for sure; way too dark on the body/tail for tonozukai.
