Too big of a skimmer??

I need a skimmer for my 150g with 55 gallon sump. Total water volume will probably be around 180. Mixed reef.

Anyway I was looking into an Aquamaxx EM300 (used) but it's rated at 400g for low bioload and 220g for a heavy bioload which I plan on having. Will this be too much skimmer for my system?

Or I could go with an Aquamaxx ConeS Co-2. Rated at 350g for low bioload and 160g for heavy bioload.

I run a CO-2 on my 120 (145 gallon true volume system) and I love it. It runs quiet and skims very consistently. I don't see a problem for you with either the em200 or em300.
