Too busy...everything going soon...

OK...Hello fellow C-SEA's! man...been a busy year! haven't been to a meeting since December...started a new job...and has been crazy...which has really left me no time to enjoy my tanks and they have become more of a burden than a joy anymore. I am gone approx 2 weeks out of each month...and have my elderly parents feed the fish and such...thank goodness for equipment like the Aquacontroller 3! Takes a load off my parents...

Anyway...I have a lot to get rid of...but first...since it is the simplest one is going to be my 35g Red Sea Max...this is mostly a softy tank, with mushrooms, pally's and Zoo's...it has been up and running for approx 16 months now...and has really come into its own look...very little maint...and with the Pacific Coast chiller very little evap...approx 1/2 gallon or so a week.

I really want this to go as a entire unit...just come and pick it up...Lock, stock and barrel!

Specs:

$700: Stock RSM "all-in-one" tank
$100: Stock RSM stand
$470: NanoCustoms 150watt MH conversion to Stock RSM hood
$330: Pacific Coast 1/10HP Chiller

$$$??? Live rock, Coral, live stock...no idea anymore...

Looking to get $1400 (I hope!) for entire setup as shown in pictures...you can make offer if it is not an insulting low amount!

Also will be posting a bunch of other items soon including my 120G, 40G frag tank, few 20G tanks...a couple are drilled for sumps...Stands, etc...

need to get rid of it all!

Mike...right now I am hoping to sell as a complete unit on the 120...sort of like I would like to sell the RSM the same way...

but...if I do part out the 120...I will certainly let you know by posting here on this thread...

My only rush is that I need all of the running tanks gone by Christmas so I do have some time...I am not doing another winter in OH! Ughh...I hate snow! I plan on going South or South West and doing the "snow bird" thing and stay for 3 or 4 month...and then come back up to OH sometime around the end of April...

Wary of Ebay, I can tell you about my shipping nightmare if you like, maybe if it was cash and pick-up only....maybe craigslist for a local pickup?? Too many shady people out there.
