too concerned with DT?

All,

thank you for your help"¦.setting up a new 180 made of 3/4" acrylic but i noticed that one side of the DT isn't perfectly square. i held a carpenter's square to one of the corners and i noticed it isn't perfectly square by about 1/8" . should i be worried?

I sent the manufacture a note but haven't heard back yet. I don't want to say his name here until i hear back from him. nice guy and lots of people know him so i don't want to say anything that might be considered inflammatory until he response.

That said, i know acrylic can "bow" out (i.e. not be perfectly straight) after it is filled, etc. so i wondered if this 1/8" is a big deal??

Is this when its filled or empty? Filled I wouldn't worry to much but if its out that much empty then that might be a different game. But I am not a acrylic person
