Too much flow on my hammer coral?

Picked up this hammer coral from my LFS a few days ago and it's been looking pretty good. However, I more recently picked up a 425gph Koralia circulation pump and since adding it I've noticed some of the "arms" are looking a bit noodley/stringy. Is this a form of deficiency or too much flow? Thanks!

BTW, the tank is 29 gallons.

If it where too much flow, the coral would have a tendency to pull in.

Most LPS corals love tons of flow, as long as it is random(not pointed directly at them)
