I just switched tanks last weekend and everything went well. Went from a 90gal acrylic to a 75 glass tank. My question is that with the less height i have now in the 75 versus the 90, is my 1 Tunze 6060 powerhead too much flow for the fish to handle, they seem to be hiding quite a bit more and swimming less out in the open. Is it possible to have too much flow?

I would imagine a Tunze 6060 to be okay. I was considering 1 for my 75 gal FOWLR.
It maybe just possible that they are shy/ timid-adjusting to new setup. How long has it been up and running and what are your water parameters?

I run a 6100 stream in a 4ft tank which has twice the flow of a 6060 and the fish really seem to enjoy it, especially the Blue Tang. Took a couple of days for them to get used to the extra flow. My substrate stays cleaner throughout the (30" deep) tank and the only other flow is the return which flushes the reef out from behind.
