Too Much Flow???

29g Biocube...
i have added 2 hydor flow pumps along with a hydor smartwave to alternate them i have frogspawn, nem, and hammers in the tank along with some hards. is this over kill on them or do i just need to position them in a place that they essentially just initiate the flow on my rocks?

No such thing as too much flow IMO. You don't mention which model powerhead that you have (the Hydor Flow is their rotating deflector nozzle), but for reference I am using almost all of the 1500gph that my powerhead has available in my 28g.

i have 2 of the Hydor Koralia 420. just wondering if it is too much flow or where they are pointed.
