Is having 2 clown fish, 1 goby paired with a shrimp, a cleaner shrimp, porcelain crab, 2 hermit crabs, 4 snails and a serpent star too much to put in a 7 gallon tank?
I agree. A seven gallon tank is far too small for a single clownfish, let alone two. As far as the other things go, no, not really. The goby/shrimp combo could work, but what type of goby?
Eh, not too bad, but could still be too large and demanding. They grow to a max of ~3", but they have a need to sift fauna for food out of the substrate, and a 7g tank can't possibly provide enough food. Luckily, I assume you have it eating prepared foods like most Yellow Watchman Gobies.
A clownfish is cramped in that size tank. Like mentioned above, is the yellow watcmen eating frozen foods or pellets? If not then that must also go. You could try getting some clown gobies or some electric Blue gobies.
